This charming hotel suits me perfectly with its cute staff, great wi-fi, and comfy rooms. They helped me print tickets on my first stay. Don't miss the delicious breakfast! I'm returning for Christmas.

The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to the train station and within short walking distance of the main tourist sites in Florence. The hotel staff helped us find restaurants with gluten-free menus.
The room, while functional, was quite small for four persons. Only to be used as a place to sleep. With so much to see in Florence, this was not a problem.

English-speaking staff very friendly and helpful, hotel very central to Florence sights and central station, parking garage close by.Would recommend hotel provided prospective guest fully understand all pros and cons related to hotel.
Room towards street could tend to be noisy in spite of double glazing. Room very small in spite of fairly high price. Lots of noise from other bathrooms tended to travel through airducts. Compared to other hotels we stayed at in Tuscany and in other city centres, Hotel Nizza was a bit overpriced.

The location was fantastic, being in the heart of
All the attractions. The breakfast was decent, though I wished for more variety. The hotel had a charming atmosphere that we loved, but navigating the streets was a challenge at times.

Perfect accommodation with supper friendly staff members at the night shift. Incredible location in Florence Historic Centre district next to all the main sights, many attractions, and railway station, restaurants and points of interest. Also, in the big pond called Florence...

The staff were exceedingly friendly; the location relative to the train station was excellent and the room itself was lovely.
The stairs were a little tricky for those with heavy luggage.

great stay, but some improvements needed
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our four-day stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, especially the floors, super clean! I appreciated the convenience of the breakfast. It was adequate and provided good value for the price. We enjoyed the city view from our room.

The location which was close to train station and main sites.
The noise from outside was very loud (people and traffic - scooter parking in front of hotel), hotel advertises air conditioning but when we requested it, we were told it was not hot enough and were refused the use of it. We wanted it to change the air in the room because the room was stuffy and had a musty smell. Could not sleep with window open because of the noise outside going on all night. Also the day attendant had an arrogant and sarcastic attitude. He also refused to fill out the registration forms while we were waiting although the reception area was empty. We had to leave our passports and come back for them. When we did, there was nobody at reception and our passports were on the desk. Anybody could have taken them. That was irresponsible of him.

The location!!. If you will pay for this hotel, You will only pay for its location. Its hardly 3-4 mins walk from the main railway station. The staff is nice as well.
The room was too small. Bathroom is decent. The breakfast is very basic continental. Nothing warm served except for tea/coffee. Had just one bread beside a croissant.

We enjoyed our stay with the kids, especially loved the warm welcome from staff. The hotel's location was a hit, just a short walk to the Duomo, and our room was spacious with a nice bottle of Prosecco waiting for us.
In my wife's opinion, the stairs to reception were tough with the babies in tow.

The location was great, close to the train station, duomo and shopping and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast selection was the best that we've had on our trip. We ended up staying an extra night and would have stayed one more but they didn't have any availability.
